The routes of luxury

01

Milan, Paris, New York and London are some of the top destinations of world luxury. Besides being important tourist centers, they are also cities that offer luxurious addresses for high-end purchases.

To identify the major luxury routes around the world, BNP Paris Real Estate analyzed the daily traffic of some of the main European streets and avenues and spread the information through a ranking.

First of all, the famous Oxford Street, located in London, receives 13,500 pedestrians per hour. The Kaufinger Strasse, located in Munich, is the second in the ranking with 12,800 perdestes and in third place appears the Street des Preciados, that is in Madrid and counts on little more than 10 thousand pedestrians every 60 minutes.

Another very peculiar ranking released by BNP Paris Real Estate was that of the best luxury streets. In this respect and without much innovation, France stayed with the iconic Avenue Champs-Elysées. In second place was the Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona and to complete the podium the highlight was the London Regent Street.

It is worth mentioning that the analysis was carried out in a single day and, in this way, the flow of the cities can vary. However, the ranking released by BNP Paris Real Estate fairly assertively reflects the main routes of luxury in the world.
